Unless otherwise stated in writing, administrative fees, registration fees, assessment fees, used course materials and completed lessons may be non-refundable.

Students are expected to attend classes punctually, complete assigned work, participate respectfully, follow teacher instructions and comply with school or classroom rules.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supporting the student’s attendance, communication, payment obligations and submission of required documents.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action where a student’s conduct disrupts learning, affects other students or violates our policies.


8. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities

Where a student is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for enrolment, personal data submission, course participation and related services.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to Uwing is accurate, complete and updated promptly when changes occur.


9. No Guarantee of Results

Uwing is committed to providing professional teaching, guidance and support. However, academic progress and examination outcomes depend on many factors, including the student’s attendance, effort, foundation, learning attitude, family support, assessment performance and external examination or admission requirements.

We do not guarantee any specific examination score, school admission result, application outcome, visa outcome, student pass approval or academic result.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, icons, layout, design, course descriptions, logos, videos, documents and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Uwing unless otherwise stated.
